Ok so i herd yesterday that I could preorder a Nintendo Wii soo I went to Gamestop and found out that they only had 21 availible and the list was full, and stated that everyone else on the island is full. Bestbuy got 200 . . . Soo I guess i would love to hear comments and if you have been able to get one on pre-order and of course where. Not to mention if you have access to get one on the day they come out and ship it to me here in Hawaii email me.

Thanx

Are you trying to get one by Christmas, or are you wanting to get a WII on the day it is released. If you just want one by Christmas, it doesn't sound like that should be too difficult, from what I've been hearing. Now if it was a Play Station 3 you wanted, I've heard they will be much harder to get, as there will initially only be a few hundred thousand units for all of North America. This is all according to the Buzz Outloud podcast, which is where I get most of my tech news.

I'm not sure if that's true or not. I'm hearing that a lot of people think that Sony has priced themselves out of the Market with the PS 3. Apparently you can buy both a Nintendo We and an Xbox 360 for less then the cost of the Play Station 3. However, if you're looking for a blue ray player, the ps3 is by all accounts the cheapest way to go.
The other thing the We has going for it, is that it can play games from all the previous Nintendo systems, and some other old game consoles as well. It's hard to say if that will be a factor when choosing a system or not.
I guess we'll find out in a month or two.
